First aid training in English introduces the participants to the basic concepts of helping ill or injured people. The course, held at the Viennese Red Cross’ SanArena, is conducted by highly qualified instructors. It includes both basic theoretical lessons as well as various practical exercises. Additionally, the course fee includes an extensive first aid textbook (in English), a face shield mask and gloves on a keychain.

On request, we furthermore offer training courses specifically tailored to individual groups, companies and organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 15 years
• Good command of English

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation based on the most recent guidelines
• Use of automated external defibrillator
• First aid measures in case of sudden illness, injuries and intoxication
